Boondocking @ Bolivar Beach, Bolivar Peninsula, Texas. #RVLIFESTYLE

Alrighty. This is easily the coolest thing I’ve done so far in my RV. 10 dollar beach permit. I’m about 5 miles south of Crystal Beach Rd. Not sure if this is still considered “Crystal Beach ” or not…. You can stay in same spot for 14 days…when that time is up…you can just move down the beach! Permit is good for a year. Just need to watch for a storm coming in Sunday. May need to figure something else out for a night and head to higher ground. Very few other RV’ers around, but I had no problems whatsoever with beach access with my 27′, 14,000 lb Thor Vegas. I saw 2 other 35 plus foot class A rigs, as well couple day trippers in their cars. Drove further down…and now it’s almost my own beach! Light traffic. I’ve seen maybe 5 people, 3 in golf carts drove by within an hour….1:30 CST. My lithium battery is 100% full as my solar has been pulling in 2000 watts pretty much all day. Pretty cool that places like this exist, sunset should be spectacular as will falling asleep to the pounding surf! Now just have to figure out how to deal with Shadow and the sand….pretty cool that’s the worst thing I need to worry about!

More Later…….
