Four of five sites qualify for the Low Income ITC adder (+10%). Adjacent sites enable combined development and single EPC mobilization efficiencies. Budget EPC estimate ~$1.15/Wac pending preliminary engineering (Q2 2026). Total site area: 199 acres.
